This Studio it’s uniquely designed and it’s the only of its kind in the whole Costa Blanca. It has teachers from India and China imparting classes of Yoga- Himalayan style-, Taichi Chuan, Wushu, Taekwondo and other disciplines directly from the Masters of the East. Our classes are for all age rages and fitness levels. All of your classes are designed to improve the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person. There are additional services available such as: Reiki, Yoga massage, natural cosmetics and similar services.
The beautiful Shakti Centre was developed to provide with teaching of traditional yoga and Tai-chi and other disciplines from the east. It is dedicated to assisting people of all ages and fitness levels to a greater sense of health and wellbeing for the mind, body and soul. This peaceful, relaxing haven provides classes with fully qualified Yoga and Tai-Chi teachers from India and China, together with meditation systems from a Tibetan Lama and wonderful treatments designed to completely relax the whole being.
The Shakti Centre also houses a wellness shop with all natural and organic products, yoga mats, relaxation music and their very own Shakti labeled clothing. After the classes, head for the restaurant for a healthy options meal. It always provides fresh, top quality ingredients on every dish.
